Booking a fitting can feel like a bigger step than ordering online, so here's exactly what happens, start to finish.
Booking
You email us at hello@chrysalisnz.co.nz to arrange a time. Let us know which product you're interested in and any measurements you already have. We'll find a time that works and share the exact location — our clinic space in Onehunga, Auckland — once your appointment is confirmed.
On the day
It's just you and us, in a private room. No queues, no other customers walking past, no rush. We'll bring a few sizes and styles based on what you've told us, and you try them on in your own time.
What we can fit in person
Right now, in-person fittings cover the Short Binder, Basic Swim Binder, Basic Binder Zipper, and Tank Binder. We'll help you compare how each one feels and fits before you decide.
No pressure, no obligation
You're not expected to buy anything on the day. The point of the appointment is to find what actually works for you — if that takes trying on five things and walking out to think about it, that's completely fine.

There's no cost for the appointment itself. It's part of how we want to make this process easier, not harder.
