Ordering and delivery

For anything to do with an order, email us with your order number in the subject line and we'll come back to you quickly. Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging with no branding on the outside.

Sizing and fitting help

If you're not sure what to order, email us your measurements and tell us what you need the garment to do. We'll recommend a size before you buy. See our sizing and fitting guide for how to measure.

In-person fittings

Professional fittings are available in Auckland by appointment only. Book through our professional fitting service page and we'll confirm the time and address with you directly.

Privacy

Anything you share with us stays between us. We never discuss a customer's order, measurements or fitting with anyone else.
