Acceptance of terms
By using chrysalisnz.co.nz or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

Chrysalis is a New Zealand-based retailer of gender-affirming apparel, operating at chrysalisnz.co.nz. 

Use of this site
You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's operation or other users' experience.

Products and pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We take care to ensure pricing is accurate, but if a pricing or product error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel affected orders, and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability). Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how returns work. Nothing in these Terms or in our Returns Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 — if a product is faulty or not as described, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Chrysalis or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act).
