Choosing your size

The Short Binder is not currently available to try on at Chrysalis, but we can help with measurements and product questions. For details of the styles available to try on when our space opens, visit our private appointments page.

Wearing your binder

• Start with short periods and build up gradually, taking breaks and listening to your body.
• UNTAG recommends a maximum of eight hours per day and at least one binder-free day each week. Eight hours is an upper limit, not a target or a guarantee of comfort.
• Never sleep in your binder or wear two binders at once.
• For exercise, choose a binder specifically designed for that purpose rather than this Short Binder.
• Remove your binder if you experience pain, tightness, discomfort or difficulty breathing. Seek advice from a qualified health professional if symptoms persist or you are unsure whether binding is suitable for you.

Care

Wash separately before first use. Machine wash on a short cycle at a maximum of 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag. Air dry only; do not tumble dry. Follow the care label on your garment.

Availability and delivery

We’re in our early days, and our stock will grow with us. Availability varies by style and size, so some products may need to be ordered from our supplier before we can send them to you.

If timing matters, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and expected timing. For ordered-in products, supplier lead time is additional to our processing and courier delivery times.

Once the items for your order are available at Chrysalis, please allow 7–10 business days for processing, or up to 15 business days during busy periods. Courier delivery time is additional. We’ll email your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
